Alexandre Guyotat
Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Law at Esade Business School. As he grew up, discussions on legal matters were common at home, which allowed him to have a real and internal view of how the legal system works.
From an entrepreneurial mindset, he specializes in business law, especially entrepreneurs and startups, helping both domestic and foreign clients to start or implement their businesses. His legal and personal experience, and his knowledge of English and French have led him to participate in various national and international fairs and congresses, defending and promoting the interests of his clients.
He is a member of the Information and Communication Technologies Section and the Intellectual Property and Image Rights Section of the Barcelona Bar Association.
He is known for advising to some of the most innovative food startups in recent years. He is a partner of the firm since 2011.
